This Solar System Remove-Reinstall Services Agreement is designed for contractors to provide remove-reinstall services for homeowners who want their system temporarily removed so that roof or remodel work can be performed, and then re-installed when the work is completed. The Agreement contains sections covering a description of the work to be performed, payment terms, permissible delays, owner responsibilities, change orders, workmanship warranty, dispute resolution and other clauses intended to protect both parties.
