This Non-Exclusive License & Supply Agreement ("Agreement") is designed for a long-term master supply relationship that allows for a company to purchase cleantech products from a supplier according to purchase orders. The Agreement sets up a non-exclusive relationship with the right for the buyer to exercise a license of the supplier's intellectual property to have the products made in the event of certain circumstances such as if the seller goes out of business.
