This Cleantech Energy Equipment & Services Agreement is designed for service providers to offer a range of cleantech energy products and services to commercial customers. The customer can choose an energy system configuration that includes options like battery storage, renewable energy generation, and energy management or monitoring software. Additionally, customers can select various energy-related services, such as grid services, EPC construction services, O&M, and performance guarantees. A separate service agreement is required for each selected service. This Agreement is an effective tool for delivering a comprehensive suite of energy products and services to customers.

Knocked off a star because I need to purchase three other agreements now. Would have been nice if the O&M and EPC agreements were included with this one as a set.

This is a very creative agreement. You have to buy the other service agreements if you provide those services, but I like the simplicity of this form. It keeps contracts short like they should be.
