About
We started Avanti Cleantech to create a platform for renewable energy companies and their customers. Formerly known as CleanTech Docs, our platform now includes a cleantech town hall, energy show, legal templates and original articles written by experts.
Our cleantech town hall serves as a virtual town hall where members can engage publicly, or anonymously if desired, to ask questions about how to make cleantech projects and businesses successful. The development of cleantech projects requires understanding new clean technologies and business models that must evolve together. Our town hall creates a space to engage about these clean technologies, exchange ideas and get to know each other.
We also provide a solution for cleantech companies looking to reduce legal fees without sacrificing quality. Our selection of cleantech legal templates were created by industry leading attorneys and consist of specialized solar, wind and other cleantech and renewable energy legal forms. Collectively, the legal experts who created these documents have over fifty years of legal experience in cleantech and renewable energy with offices located across the globe. More information about these independent cleantech law firms is on our Legal Experts page.
All legal documents available on our site were developed with immaculate attention to detail, deal flow, and value. Typically, companies pay lawyers large amounts of fees to access these renewable energy legal documents. We make it simple to choose the documents that you need by providing a detailed summary next to each form and writing blog posts about how they can be utilized. All of the documents can be instantly downloaded after purchase and are provided in fully modifiable Microsoft Word format. We are constantly adding documents to our site. If there are additional legal documents that you need, let us know as our independent cleantech counsel can often assist with adding them to the site.
“Cleantech” is a relatively new term with varying definitions, so we want to tell you ours. We define "clean technology" to mean products, services, or processes that harness renewable materials or energy sources, dramatically reduce the use of natural resources, or cut or eliminate emissions and wastes, such as recycling, renewable energy (wind, solar, biomass, hydropower, tidal, geothermal, biofuels, etc), information technology, green transportation, electric motors, green chemistry, greywater, heat pumps and energy efficiency appliances.
Please send us your comments or questions, we would love to hear from you. We look forward to being a part of your success, and in the process, making the world a better place. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
