This Commercial Solar System Installation Agreement ("Agreement") is designed for solar contractors located in California. It is an agreement to be used when the contractor is selling a solar system to a business customer. If you are a contractor in California who is selling solar systems to residential customers, please see our Residential Solar System Installation Agreement. This Agreement covers the design, installation, commissioning and purchase of the solar system. It protects the interests of the solar contractor while containing reasonable provisions acceptable to most purchasers. The scope of work, solar system warranty, project schedule, and pricing terms are contained in exhibits at the end of the Agreement to provide for easy modification on a project-by-project basis. If you are not located in California, you might prefer the generic version of this Agreement, which does not contain California specific provisions.
