Dealer Agreement for Cleantech Products

This Dealer Agreement ("Agreement") enables a company to hire a dealer that will sell its cleantech products. The company is the supplier of the cleantech products and the dealer is purchasing them for resale. The Agreement requires the dealer to comply with the supplier's branding and marketing guidelines. Brand guidelines and other dealer program elements should be developed by the supplier. The parties should agree on exclusivity and territory restrictions.
