Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") for Business Discussions (Unilateral)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") is for companies to use who desire to evaluate and engage in discussions concerning one or more potential or existing relationships with another party, and in connection with such discussions, the company may disclose to the other party certain technical or business information which it desires to treat as confidential. The terms of this NDA protect only the terms of one party's confidential information provided during the course of the discussions. When both parties desire to have their information protected, our Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement form should be used.
