Solar Project Origination (Lead Generator) Agreement

This Solar Project Origination Agreement ("Agreement") is for a solar contractor to hire a third-party lead generator for their business. The lead generator will act as an independent, sales broker for the solar company's business. The Agreement provides for sales commissions and protective measures against negligent or deceptive sales practices, commission clawbacks in the event of cancellations and modifications, territory restrictions, and other terms to protect both parties from liability, tax risks and unintended commitments.
