Mandatory Arbitration Policy

This Mandatory Arbitration Policy ("Policy") is designed for companies who want to use arbitration to resolve any disputes with their employees. The policy provides that the employee and company will have any disputes arising out of or relating to employment or the termination of employment to be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. To avoid court, many companies require these types of agreements with their employees. Arbitration is typically considered to be more efficient and cost-effective for resolving disputes given its expedited and less formal procedures as compared to court.
