This Master Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the design, engineering, procurement, installation and construction of one or more solar and storage projects by a contractor on residential or commercial property.  The terms and conditions for the work for each individual solar and storage project are also governed by individual contract addenda. This Master EPC Agreement is designed for companies that desire to jointly work together on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis to leverage each other’s business expertise to develop solar and storage projects.
