Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") for Business Discussions (Mutual)

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (“MNDA”) is designed for two companies or individuals who want to engage in discussions about a potential or existing business relationship. The parties sign this MNDA so that they can disclose to each other their confidential technical and business information in connection with the proposed business idea. Since this agreement is mutual, it protects both parties' confidential information and provides the safe legal framework necessary to have conversations and exchange information knowing that their trade secrets are protected.
