This Spanish translation of the Residential Solar System Installation Agreement ("Agreement") is identical in format to the English version of this agreement. California, like many other states, requires this agreement to be provided in Spanish when selling to homeowner(s) whose primary language is Spanish. Just as with the English version this Agreement contains beneficial contractual terms for solar contractors that sell solar energy systems to homeowners.
