Solar Roof Condition Acknowledgment and Waiver

This Roof Condition Acknowledgment and Waiver is an addendum to your residential installation agreement. It explains the roof-related risks of a solar or storage installation, assigns responsibility for pre-existing conditions, and records the homeowner's informed choice to proceed, re-roof first, or get a roofer's inspection.
